Sam Ocean is an undergraduate student at Brooklyn College majoring in Biology and Psychology. His main interests are genetics, evolutionary biology, psychology and medicine. He is currently employing next-generation sequencing technique 3RAD along with bioinformatics to explore the genetic relationships of various species of pipefish that exist in Europe.
